They're claiming that salmonella or food poisoning in the food left her daughter as a quadriplegic i think EDIT: http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news-national/family-sues-kfc-over-food-poisoning-20090803-e74o.html IMO, if its something as serious as this, they have a case to sue.. whether or not the salmonella left her in the state she is in now hopefully will be answered in this case.

In the article they;re saying they're looking at the food preparation at KFC's... but everyone knows what its like to work at a fast food restaurant... it's abnormal for the people working there not to do it... But I do find that these claims will be very hard to prove; u'd need a decent scientific argument to prove their point.
dude it happens anywhere lol, people can spit in the chow min, make soup out of dish washer water, leftover meat is reused, the same crap over and over again,
even if they do find out it was caused by salmonella, how do they prove it was from kfc and not something else?
