lol Qantas has gone shithouse, lol i bet they get some cheapass planes and then modify it to have the qantas logos and etc, lol , either that or the planes are getting really easy to break
The only problem with Qantas is that Australia's media are reporting every single delay/"minor" problem. Ahh I love how the media can influence our way of thinking.
Dunno about that.. cause they way they are reporting about Qantas lately is as if they want that to happen lol. There's so many factors which could be a problem to the planes.. I mean the ageing fleet, the engineers striking... and not happy at work...oil prices leading to cutting back costs by Qantas despite record profits..
just cos i hafn't flown with them lately... doesn't mean they gotta do all this just to get me back on the plane... lol dammit... 1 month till i get on it >.< if anything happens... i better b on the front page news! hahaha
Lol a flaw in the system is probably wat caused these incidents (ie pre flight and post flight checks arent done properly by both crew and ground support) lol the engineers striking should be glad they not getting fired!!! cause several years back (i fink 2002?) 49 Cathay Pacific pilots decided to go on a strike or wateva they did, and Cathay simply fired them all!!!
Well.. if the engies were all fired,... sheesh. What would Qantas do? I mean a lot of the engies were in the union... and it would bad PR. I don't think Qantas would be able to hire that many contracters..
