Recieving flowers from guys or bf's is like a girl's childhood fairytale 'must have' thing..but it just depends really..

I'd like to recieve sum flowers from my bf, but i kno he's got hay fever so i dont really 'ask' or suggest to him that i'd like sum, even if they are fake..=p

I think girl recieve flower alway make them happy. They might not do much to it or look after it way. But is the thought of recieving it that count.

In between. I would be happy if someone got them for me, but I wouldn't freak out if I didn't get them.

im actually one of the flower lovers.
I don't MIND if my guy doesn't get it for me, but when he does, I feel all warm and special inside, might just be a thing i have? lol
my mum was the same, she don't care if its expensive or cheap, but when my dad bought her flowers or when we buy her flowers for bday or mothers day she would have this big smile on her face, she would moan about wasting money but she loved it.
One of my exs brought me flowers to work and picked me up, everyone saw, I was blushing like crazy but I couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

But your friend is ungrateful, I mean it doesn't matter,k she should be grateful she even got gifts!

But yeh flowers are nice, I personally love recieving it, but don't want to have to ask for it, no meaning then.

I bought an ex boyfriend a rose once, he was surprised but he also had a big smile on his face.
It's just a classic thing really, flowers as a gift = romace.

I think guys deserve to recieve flowers too, but make sure they are at home when you bring it cause there is no way they will carry it around and look like a pansy lol

Lol.....I love flowers but i am not the type that would yell or get pissed just because i did not receive flowers... Anything that is given to me would be treasured and its not like he did not get her anything ;) Any gift would be fine with me, its just the meaning behind the presend hahaha unless from 2 dollar shop lar then i wud definitely get annoyed hahahaha cheapo!!!!

the last time I bought someone roses, I was cursed at and mashed on like there was no tomorrow. and it was on my bday too. I've sworn never to buy roses for other people ever again.

    I have always felt that flowers are not practical...But if it's once a while...It'll be fine...It's not a must..=)

Some girls always want flowers because they can flaunt?

i think boys would love it if grls actually took the actually step to give them flowers on certain occasions because grls like to get pampered and treated well, so i'm pretty sure that guys would love that too. as for the flowers, i love flowers, i constantly nag my boyfriend on why theres no flowers for me when it's our anniversary but its to only tell him that flowers mean more to me than gifts. also valentines day is not just for grls, it can also be for guys too, so i just dont understand why guys always have to get their grl something on valentines day. i personally would treat my boyfriend to something good on valentines day and not expect much from him. flowers would do perfectly fine =DDDD

asian ppl are raised to be cheap.. lol or smart about their spendings.

so buyin flowers that just die... especially on valentines day where prices are doubled... i think it was 60 bux for a dozen long stem roses that day... a long time ago.

it's worth it tho, it's not just the flowers you're paying for, it's also the memories and it's a symbol of something.

a flower for me... maybe a single flower would be okay... but what am i going to do with a flower? lol i'd rather you buy me a burrito or something. =)

giving flowers to a girl should be once in a blue moon plus 1. they are so damn expensive. instead of giving her flowers, give something that she mention during a shopping trip at the mall with you or in conversations she had with you. that show you are listening to her and not just trying to get into her pant though that's what guys really want. girls, we aren't trying to be friend with you, we want to be your lover. guys, if she mention something expensive like a gucci bag, don't buy it for her, tell her to buy it with her own money.
