only problem u have with that is a lot of ppl have dynamic ips don't they and so it may not work. besides all u need to do is delete their account and if they want to reach the same number of posts again they will have to post properly lol otherwise their account will just get deleted again.
IP banning is pointless, youll just make people mad then they will come back with an IP mask and start causing real trouble, best thing is to keep deleting their account till they get bored
