What kind of moderator discourages members from participating? Yet, another reason why your position should be revoked.
Regarding member's introduction As all of you know, PA # of members are growing. Wouldnt it be good just to have a SINGLE post dedicated for introduction of members with simple facts such as: Name Age Gender Country/ city Pic (optional) That way, instead of clicking each new thread to view a new member, we see it all in a single thread. There should also be strict rules on no spamming in that post.
.... this is what the member's introduction section of the forum is for.... There is no point to relegating it to one thread, it would become absolutely massive with posts. Plus you cant stop 'spam' on PA, pretty much everything on every single thread is spam, its no big deal, its just regular conversation, and if you dont like it you can leave to a forum where the moderators delete absolutely everything that isnt 100% related to the topic... perhaps a forum in Nazi Germany?
I meant no spamming as in getting way off topic. Since there are so many new members (me included), it would be good to know the more senior members.
In the entertainment section, there are threads on charts ranking right? I suggest that the thread be closed (but not deleted) when the next thread (of the same chart) is up'd to prevent bring up irrelevant old threads. Seeing that the ranking thread for January 13th (or something) is brought up once again. Just a suggestion.
it's a music chart from week to week there are different songs what if someone was looking for that specific week? or how long that song has been on the charts.... <_<
I second the idea of introducing certain members. I think it helps cos newbies dunno who do turn to for help.. and it would be nice if there is a list to refer to. I suggest the list should include all MODs/ADMINs and VIPs. Then.. the rest could be on voluntary basis.. as long as they are commited and senior enough to help out. Just a suggestion though. And its nice to know who is in-charge.. Like the other day, I was asking abt the Paradiso admin, and only knoc knows. I'm not sure whether he/she is meant to be hidden, but I suppose not cos I've seen him/her many times.. Its nice to know which admin is in charge of which field for a few reasons: 1) We know he/she is doing work.. and so respect. So even if he/she is behind the scenes, it will be nice to credit so that we know. 2) Yes.. credit. The mods may not think it is any big deal, but who doesn't like to be credited? And I thnk you guys deserve it. 3) We know who to turn to for the different areas, such as PA radio, Arcade, and not the forum sections. haha.. just my opinions.. correct me if im wrong. And I dun mean to keep mentioning Paradiso if I was not supposed to.. sorry if I'm stepping out of line here.. feel free to delete the post if deemed inappropriate.
In the main welcome where there's music playing, would it be possible to have the name of the artist and song that is bumping at the moment?

theoretically they should, but that ain't gona happen. there is the core posters and the lurkers, then the leechers.
