lol.. time to resurrect this thread... lol.. exams finished.. n yes i could starting posting like there's no tomorrow ahhaha ok ok.. anyone fancy chocolate chip cookies?? here's a recipe for it.. things u'll need 1 cup white sugar (use castor) 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1 cup butter (unsalted) 1 cup vegetable oil (any kind u like) 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk (even trim milk ) 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<--better than essence 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1.Thoroughly cream sugars, butter, oil, egg, milk and vanilla. * remember to defrost ur butter before using it which means.. leave it to be room temp. * cream means... u'll start seeing the mixture turn something like creamy... smooth no lumps n bumps 2.Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips. *mix with a spatula 3.Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. 4.Bake at 350'F (175'C) for 8-12 minutes. (Cookies are light in color when done.) hope u'll enjoy * dont be greedy n put a spoonful.. n try to space ur cookie... cos it will expand...

Tiramisu ^_^ easiest recipe ever... fast n simple... traditional tiramisu-->make it into little cups... yat yan yat cup ^^ wot u need: 1 pack mascarpone cheese (usually in 200g) 2 eggs-->separate the yolks n whites 4 tbs castor sugar-->u can add this depending on ur sweetness 1 pack of spongefingers ---> i used unibic.. unibec? aussie made.. coffee rum/brandy hot water 1. make a strong coffee mixture-depending on how big u would wanna make the cake.. lets just say the cup size's aroun the size of a standard english tea cup-->3tsp coffee+1tbs hot water....mix well and when mixture's cooled down... add 1tbs rum/brandy *u can add more alcohol to suit ur taste... 2. dip the sponge fingers into the coffee mixture *make sure its not warm..let it cool down *do not over dip sponge fingers... maybe soak it into the mixture and count one one thousand...two one thousand...till u reach like five one thousand? 3. lay ur spongefingers into the bottom of ur cup 4. beat the egg whites till its stiff 5. mix the mascarpone cheese n egg yolks and sugar--> make sure its all mixed well... u can beat it too if u want.. but make sure dont over beat... beat it till mixture turns from a deep yellow/orangy colour to a pale yellowy colour 6. pour the cheese mixture to the white n gentle fold it in 7. pour a layer of mascarpone cheese mixture onto ur sponge fingers which have already been layed down 8. add another layer of sponge fingers and top it up with a layer of mascarpone mixture 9. chill for at least 6hrs before consuming.... dust some chocolate powder before serving enjoy this yummy traditional tiramisu -->to be continued... need to go to bed now... hopefully there's no mistakes ^
