Phantoman: Sorry, do you by chance have the Remote app for TVPad 3? Since Club tvpad is down, I am unable to download from the donor section after I format my tvpad 3. If you have a copy, do you mind to share? Thanks kindly.

its only for tvpad1 m121s but it might work for 2 or 3...never tried on those

 

Oh I didn't read properly, thought you needed it for TVPad1 (since we were discussing the firmware for TVPad1).

Why do you need the remote app anyway ? I don't believe it works anymore.

 

Oh, since I used to have it, I wanna install it back. I am still able to watch the live channels and if I can use it for the future, it will be great.

It should work if you rename the firmware file to creatent_usb_update_M120_3301_GVOS2.tar . I give no guarantees though, but in the past people have managed to install the M121 firmware on the M120 by doing that. So it's up to you if you want to try that or not.

 

It didn't work. Got an error at the beginning, but it didn't brick at least.

The TV pad is done for already!!! But phantoman had just gave it some new life and we are back in business now... The live streams and some vods are working again...

Would be great if phantoman can upload all of the latest versions of his awesome apps in one package for us to download

So much was lost with the clubtvpad forum disappearing...

Would be so great if the tvpad doesn't need to check for internet connection before changing grey man green... I can then just plug in a USB drive and just play media files off of the USB using phantoman tmp app when using this device in a location with no internet access

The dead easy method does not do anything on a regular tvpad and kills green man on a custom firmware tvpad

Dead Easy Way worked like a charm! Unfortunately NIJI App did not work.

The dead easy method works for reviving green man but telnet and ftp isn't working unless the code is modified a little.....think the path to the telnet and ftp flies maybe incorrect.... Removing the path and it works fine... Probably the path to those two files are part of the path variable...

 

Did you already try to change your DNS as mentioned here ?

Thanks for spotting this. It worked for me when I tested on my TVPad1, but you are correct (those are used in TVPad2/3). So I have updated the path and provided a new download link now.
