It won't help to complain; one has to realize that they could have just as easily resorted to telling the action parts of the story using still frame hand drawn comic book pictures. We're lucky that they still have even a few Keh Leh Fehs in the action scenes, LOL...

for some reason, I kinda like this series... the funny aspect of it... not that its well done or anything...
finished episode 19.. and i realized this series only have 25episode. So how they going to wrap this up within 6 more episodes left. I feel like the story doesn't have much comedy anymore. So much filler and took up too much time to finish. I wish TVB should never make any ancient series especially historical with only 25episode.
i dun really likey this series.... only really watching it for the snippets of history that i remember from 'red cliff'
IMHO, this is 'Red Cliff' the Beavis & Butthead Edition, LOL... I suspect TVB wanted very much to have a tongue in cheek, comedic period serial; however, much of the off beat humor fell way short and most viewers (myself included) saw the whole show as pretty piss poor and lame.
when are they seriously gonna make a "not so comedic gong wu" ancient piece that ive been waiting for almost 10 years?
for some reason TVB stop making serious ancient series with serious fight scene since like you say 10 years ago, most serious ancient series now day are made in China but most of them are copycat story from old tvb.sad but what cant we do?...
saw the episode that keneth finally loves tavia. that is stupid especially as he didn't love her at the start, this is not really love. also has he even thought what kind of person he is, hes from the future meaning tvb is going to have some stupid idea of tavia going back to keneth world. that is definitely not right as tavia can never adapt.
You're so wrong chris us asian we could adapt to anywhere anything, my family came from the 3rd world country and we adapt fine here in the US, and Tavia have one advantage over us she speak the same language in the new world and we don't.
Well.. we do see Tavia in the "Time Machine" during the opening theme. But it was as if they were being separated though. That in my point of view.
lifestyle changes too differnetly. in the 3rd world and today's world has alot of changes. Jeff, i see your point but you know tvb, they always want to make some happy ending so it could happen but we will see If only this series was more about history and give all realistic accounts between the three kingdoms, i think the series would be better. some accounts i don't know if its true or not such as raymond lam and ruco completing all the time to be smart
