uh oh. I wish I had a set time for sleep. I either sleep too much or sleep too little, but that's life though. School/work, it always happen. Sighh... I wish everyone a healthy life!
sleeping the right amount of time (8 hours) can actually help lose fat along with some exercising, sleep less and you will gain more fat.
nah...u know what...i stopped eating junkfood and other stuff thats bad for me + a lot of fruit everyday... i lost a few kilo's.... but then ive misbehaving again (donuts etc) and all of that has come back....who needs exercise...if id just stop eating all those yummie things id be losing weight again but i just like bad food too much lol
^lol i stopped working out after like working out for a year and now it has been like 4 months since i stopped, i weight ten pounds less but lost ten pounds of muscles...bad And yes the temptations of junk food is also too hard for me to resist, tried eating so called "healthy" food tastes like shit so forget all about the dieting haha...

personally i get my 8 hours a sleep a day, cause any less and i cant concentrate the next day and any more and its a waste of a day

wanna be a participant Hiake? oh well, science is never an absolute thing. theres always a margin for error in which refinements are made dynamically i thought u slept more than 8 hrs
so that would mean I am going to die sooner than all of you even if im younger than all of you.... I shouldnt sleep so much lol
Poo... I need approximately 10 hours sleep!! any less and I'll feel sleepy and not be active throughout the day. But 10 hours I'll be hyperactive and can do everything!! What shall I do? :S

hmm i need consistent sleep. i can sleep all day if i wanted to... i love sleeping but i hate wasting a day. i better get to bed so i can get 6.5 hrs at least. some days i get 5-6 hrs, and some days 7-8 and others near weekend i can get 10-12. i can get 2-3 hrs some days when im studying for a test... i think i've done 1 hr before. i mean why bother sleeping? but i felt so tired i thought one hr would be good enough.
lol, whether i sleep late or early, i ALWAYS wake up at about 8-10 AM, latest i woke up was 10.40AM, my body clock wont let me sleep later. but i usually end up napping for two hours after school hahaha.
