Traditional Men to Non Traditional Men?...Which would you prefer?

I think of the types of women I would go on repeated dates with. I want an independent non-clingy girl.

With this said, I pay for the first date, and I think all guys should. Men are suppose to be the providers, so we should be perceived as an able one.

However, being perceived as one does not mean you have to pay every time.

I've found out the types of girl that I like, they will comment how they would like to pay (every once in a while). After a simple "are you sure?", I let them pay. That tells me she's not a gold digger and that she values herself and my company.

I personally don't believe guys should fight with girls who want to pay while either. It's not about being traditional, it's about your respect for her as a woman and her decision.

 

i think a couple should take turns paying for meals. so basicly 50/50. i'll be insulted if the guy pays for everything

 

I sometimes make them pay . Try it, maybe they feel special

1st few times,, the guy pays, then its mutual...stop ripping the guys out..

 

I usually do pay even if I don;t view it as a date if I;m with women or have all the guys chip in. hehe.

If it is a first date, I would pay unless the chick says she wants to chip in...did I blow the date???

After that, it would be a free for all...or as I feel or she feels. If she pays, then I would feel that she ain;t with me for a free lunch but for company.

Some times it is hard though, when I go to a chinese restaurant with my older sister who "takes care" of me and insists that she pays.

I get funny looks from the chinese waiters like I don;t have money. lol

 

i say a little bit of both. just to be more comfortable for both
