    That was Adam Cheng, Joyce Cheng's dad, Lydia Shum's exhusband.

    The song is 笑看風雲, I would say about 10 years old, theme song of a TVB drama series, I think by the same name but not 100% positive. He starred in it.

    wen i dl part 3 of part 1....the dl finishes so fast and i only get a file of like 64kb...weird =/
