True. I find it that most of these "distant friendships" (if you would call it that) usually doesn't turn out too well. They're always put on the "lowest priority list." On several occasions, I would try in gathering some old friends (either from previous jobs, universities, etc.) and it almost usually never works out. I admit, it's frustrating when you put a decent amount of effort in trying to catch up on things and they never seem to have the time to do it. But yeah, don't misunderstand her desire to "catch up" with you to be some lesbian fantasy of hers. She's probably the type that wants to keep in touch with all her [once] "close" friends (or as lee-lee puts it, friends you "clicked" with).
Exactly. Just take what she's doing at face value. If you don't like her friendship, then decline her invitation to hang out. If you enjoy it, then the more you shouldn't think about why she's doing all this. No point making things complicated for yourself.
it just seems like she's being friends with you... sorry, isn't that sort've what friends do? Either that, or I've got infinite girls after me...
yeah i don't think its wierd at all. If you enjoy hanging out with her then nothing else matters. Hmm i don't know why your getting all suspicious for, it seems pretty natural for a friend to contact you after a long time and invite you to catch up etc.
Hehehe you can see how I pester you if it was my thread right? *hint -that Analysis thread* I'll either get you to edit or get a mod to delete it haha.
