lol im most likely going to be flying there from Los Angeles. My plan is to fly down to LA and then catch a flight with my uncle on one of his business-trips to China. I'm just a big leech, but w/e, its all in the family

BTW I don't recommend Taipei. The infrastructure is horrible and their is just too much smog in the city
But dont expect to come back... but it's once of a life time thing... It's warm and place to relax where no one will distract you... On the other hand... There is Hong Kong... No longer Christmas but still good to go There is this street full of bars... so good... Went there with my uncle last year... Cheap... For sure... But it's gonna be flipping hot =)

HK is my recommendation.i personally love japan but it's a bit expensive..so i don't recommend u if u prefer cheap shoppping..
