yeah...i dont think she brought this on herself....i mean... when i was a kiddo id always jump on fountains n there were no signs or barricades in front of the fountain so it seemed save.... jumping on fountains seem like what ppl would do when their just in a crazy mood....who expects it to be that psycho....

bottom line .. she got lucky that they pay her some .. pity her for the injuries at such young age. otherwise, they don't have to pay a penny. imagine if everyone do the same thing and injure and sue .. might as well close the things down .. no one is that STUPID to continue having the fountain if cases like this exist all the time.

^ alright i agree with you had it been a 10 y/o .. i might have thought it differently .. it's case by case .. however, i do insist that no matter what happen, jumping into the fountain and getting wet ain't a normal thing regular ppl would do. when ppl do jump, they just gotta be prepared for whatever happen .. don't go around and point the finger at someone else. just ain't right.
