i have never have eaten vietnamese food before, just till today, i have aeten something they called papaya and meat?
I always eat the same thing at the vietnamese place. Dunno if the other things are good so i stick with the same thing. Any suggestions?
viet food is one of the first asian food outside of chinese that i've tried. i love the pho! i crave for it almost every single week. with hoisin sauce and hot sauce! yum!!
There are a few things that I usually order when eating at a viet restaurant, that's Pho, spring rolls, top two things, grill meats with rice are ok but they are usually dry and cheap meats, fried rice with beef cubes. Love those hero style sandwiches...those got expensive these days... There are places that have shitty Pho's and I will never go back there.
My favorite dish is pho, which is a type of soup/stew that you doctor up just the way you like it, with suppled condiments (cilantro, scallion, lime, chiles, etc.)
I love the vietnamese food my dad or mom makes at home.. I think it's more flavorful homemade. But i have a friend who always claims that the viet food i eat at home is not authentic and should not be considered as viet food bcuz im Chinese and only part Vietnamese. -_- She never even ate viet food at my house and just claims that as facts just because im not full viet.
