It really depends on which picture you used for the eyes if you had used that other picture of Kyoko Fukada then no way she would have won looks like she needs some sleep

Yeah, but the same thing can be said for all the other girls. When I created this poll, I tried to look for the best "eye picture" of each celebrity so that it'd be fair.
