To TS: Honestly, he is probably not looking for a serious relationship and just wants to have fun because he's young. If you cut the tie and he doesn't realize that he missed out on something good then he wasn't right for you. He may even be dating other girls at the same time. I've seen this scenario many times and its always the same thing: the guy is just looking to be young and enjoy his options. Don't make yourself an option if that's not what you want.
