01. If you snack, snack on healthy things like carrot sticks or fruit slices, etc. 02. Do cardio exercise (running, jumping rope, eliptical machine). It's probably one of the best ways for actually burning fat, but you have to do it for at least 15 (or maybe 20) minutes straight. 03. Eat breakfast! Eating breakfast helps jump-start your metabolism for the day, and it's been proven that eating breakfast helps to reduce the chance of binges later in the day. 04. Do some weight training as well. You won't bulk up unless you work out like crazy, but you will build muscle, and that will increase your metabolism. 05. Drink a lot of water. Besides helping to clear your face and keep you hydrated, water helps to aid your body in the digestion process. 06. And read nutrition labels. Some foods that you never would have thought of have things that are really bad for you in them. Losing weight can be a slow process, but I hope you are successful! Good luck!
If you wanna lose weight really fast do cardio everyday n jus not eat alot... it's a simple formula easier than those restraining schedule things. i lost 17kg over like a 3 month period. This isn't like safe though you faint n stuff... but if your desperate (don't stick to it >___>) Ohhh yea n i went back to my old diet now dont seem to be putting on anymore weight.
Wanna lose weight, its simple "PUT DOWN THE FORK!" HAHAHAHA! But seriously, I use to be overweight, but then one day a few years back I decided to loose some weight, and all I did was eat alittle less, and started to exercise! I lost around 30 pounds in 2-3 months. And once I lost those 30 pounds and went down in waist size, I kept on going. Even joined a gym. I went from 250-260 pounds, to 210 right now. I know that doesn't sound like much, but it was 260 of fat, now I got more muscle mass.
Of course... It's so easy to stuff food in your mouth, but waay harder to get that motivation to go to the gym and work it off.
eat more meals but in less proportion... for example eat every 2 hrs but DON'T eat till ur full... only eat till u don't feel the hunger...
wow! eat every 2 hrs. i can't even do that. if I do that, my stomache would hurl. usually just eat 2 times a day, or 3 plus the veg. and little calories with no fats type of snacks. and just excercise and drink some diet things. it would work.
Hmmm, I am reading this too because I feel that I can lose a few pounds too...but it is soo hard! First do not tell me to cut the fast food. I barely eat that stuff, I think the last time I actually ate fast food..... was at least 6 months ago. Chips are my weakness, but I havent had that for months. Last year, I did the whole swimming 3-4 times a week. (which was hard at first to discipline myself) it was great at first, but then my mom told me I had to cut it out because my arms and legs were bulking out. I even did the walking in water for extra resistance bit too... The only time I remember losing to much weight was when I was in Taiwan for 5 weeks on that "Love boat" thing or time where I was working at McD's and volunteering @ science camp running around after kids. It sucks when you are in Canada and need that extra bit of fat in the winter to keep warm. As for all vegetables don't have seeds bit.... so what are peppers, cucumbers, squash, zucchini? I tried pilates too (but alas I did get too lazy to continue)... and guys don't knock it.. rememeber the class is full of chicks.
do a lot of walking each day...especially after you eat to digest your food. It really helps...I've done it and it works!
