i have short temper too.. so whenever i'm about to lose it..i usualy think a convo that is really funny and i calm down... i have a friend who is always funny and always say stupid stuff so whenever i'm about to lose my temper i think about one of the conversation that i had w/ him and it makes me laugh and calm me down.
hmm... i'm kinda short tempered too.. lol.. and to calm down i always listen to music and don't talk to others anymore because seeing them laughing and stuff makes me annoyed.. and i don't want them to talk to me when i'm in such a mood.. so yeah.. i listen to music ^^
lol.. that would certainly work.. if u r really mentally unstable... they'll most likely give u a benzo.. constipation? hehehe that works.. or do yoga.. i used to be really short tempered... then i took up yoga lessons.. at first i was like f- no... this is so slow.. wasting my time.. its hard in the begnin.. after a while.. when u master it.. u realise u get to control ur temper try it! pms-ing? i usually lose my temper just like that *click* during pms-ing.. at least u know its bad to lose ur temper.. try to find the source which made u mad... ganbate~!
put holes in the wall, and make sure those walls aren't in your house. and keep this in mind if you are going to punch something hard...something is going to break, either your hand or the wall. my friend learned it the hard way.....lol
