What do you do if you can't fall asleep?

    nocturnal means active at night, it doesnt mean that you DONT sleep....
    so..probably you sleep in the morning/afternoon?

    Ever tried sleeping pills?
    i never used them myself but i wonder how they work.. do they just make you drowsy?
    and how would you feel the next day? and do you wake up when the pills effect are gone?
