What do you do if you can't fall asleep?

does it really make ppl fall asleep?

i usually just listen to some slow music

 

Yeh I know a person that gets really tired after smoking weed and falls asleep

 

but it's bad to the lungs :/

 

playing games keeps me up

 

3 things television, singing quietly, and finally the man's addiction ????????????

 

I usually listen to music on my mp3 player until I fall asleep.

 

ok my method is veryyy gay...

1st method.. ) grab a pillow and stick it in between my legs and hug...

2nd method..) think of dirty thoughts... <<<works everytime.....

i just watch tv until i can fall asleep.

 

listen to the Chinese radio station talk shows. sometimes it gets really boring, so it's perfect. =]

 

go to my car and have a drive
