sunny side up eggs with buttered toast and a coffee. Sometimes I simply have a bowl of instant oatmeal with milk. breakfast is the most important meal in your day.
not a morning person but very british, need to have a cup of Twinnings everyday milky tea, and maybe a banana if i can stomach it
I'm probably worse. I have a cup of Starbucks kcup iced coffee(sweeten and half&half) with any sort of "donut/Danish/cake/chocolate croissant/coffee cake"... Something sweet. 6 days a week. Sunday my off day so I just run to Starbucks for venti iced coffee... I don't do hot drinks. That's my healthy lifestyle!! Haha
