^from the sounds of it, that wasnt an option at 90MPH which is why he had to slow down to 50MPH before doing that, maybe it wouldnt turn off or maybe its not safe to do so at that speed, i dont know really.
Pardon me, but think about what you just said; the other companies, who used the same pedals, don't have the same problem. So what makes you think it's a pedal problem? Just on Toyota's say so? Well, IF what Toyota said is true, then like you stated, ALL the car companies that use the same pedal would have the same problem, right? So ERGO... if none of the other car companies are having the same problem, then... WHAT TOYOTA SAID AIN'T TRUE THEN, IS IT? (no offense, but like, da-uh...) >.< Like many critics have stated, this has never been a pedal problem at all. The problem is probably Toyota's software in their electronic controls.
