Apparently, it's some sort of remix of a Christian Song called O Come, O Come Emmanuel.

Websites seem to be crediting a singer named Enya.

 

Enya sang the original song which actually sounds way different than this one. You can search the Enya one from Youtube.

It was pretty tough to find, had to search through some Chinese forums.
