Yah, I wanna go to Taiwan as well. But before I can go, I need to patch up on my Mandarin speaking and readings on Chinese characters *sigh* Well, I really like eating noodle in soup. It doesn't matter what you put in it on the side. Meaning, choy sum, beef balls (although, I do prefer the beef tendon balls instead), slices of beef, egg drop, wonton, dumplings, pre-cooked pork ribs, beef tripe, etc...the list can go on forever. That is why I like noodle in soup so much, it is because of the flexibility!!
