What kind of dog is 小巴?

I don't know dogs, so I am wondering what type of dog is 小巴.

 

in the series, they call it 唐狗, in english is mixed-breed dog, which means they possessed different genes passed by different types of dogs.

whatever kind of breed it is, when they hav scenes when someone is kissing the dog, or let the dog lick you, thats is just disgusting. so dirty, you never know where the dog's mouth been. ugh
