    Problem solved with VsoSoft:ConvertXtoDvd i really appreciated with your help's !!!!!!
    and This i real GOOD thing i convert MPeg4 file (only DIVx compatible MP4 decoder)
    now i create DVD (conpatible with all player's) This ROX i can bring my DVD and watch it in my friends HOUSe !!!
