well do not workout with heavy weight like bodybuilding i heard that will stud people grows. you gotta watch what you eat if you eat healthy then you will grows more
That's correct, especially if you do weights without professional guidance. The pressure of the weights sit on your spine, which stunt the your body growth. You stop growing around 20, so around then it is ok to do heavy weights. However, if done correctly and with professional guidance, you can lift heavy weights safely. Lots of trainging and preparation needs to be done in order to life heavy weights i.e. squats
basketball does NOT HELP! biggest BS i ever heard, jumping makes u taller?? i know so many short basketball players. is it because giraffes keep stretching to eat from taller tree leaves, that they gradually became taller, and got longer necks? NO! read up on charles darwin, theory of evolution... this might be getting off topic.. is all genetics,correct nutrition and habits will maximise ur chance of activating "your grow tall genes" maybe if u really get into bodybuilding, like follow the strict nutrition programs, counting the right protein, calories etc.
Bwahahah!!! i dunno if its true... but people say BASKETBALL and SWIMMING makes you taller... im so short as well.. and im not good at either of those sports :(
