Thanks man. I actually envy some of the other cultures' foods & diets. I wish I ate more fish like the Mediterraneans & Japs do. I wish I could enjoy more wine like europeans do. I wish I can hunt and eat meat like the Mongolians/Central asians do....

lol. me too. i can see why america is deep trouble with obesity. majority of the "american" food indigested are high calories and not organic. it is so obvoiusly depicted in the pictures.

the german table's got the most alkie on it...shows how much their culture enjoys alcohol

but what is the most distrubing is the lack of vegetables on the american table...every other country's got greens on their table...i guess that explains why so many american's hate eating vegetables

Would love to go on an "around the world" trip.....but no time and no money at the moment lol. But why asian, european or small minority only? Don't get that part.

I calculated I spend about $200-250 USD per week for food assuming I cook/eat at home every meal, and go out once per week for dinner. However living in New York with my honey, I would say that went up to about $600 USD a week (damn New York!)

Yeah, too bad fresh fish is so expensive. My fav is rock cod. Yours?

And notice only the Americans have 2 large fast food pizza pies open with burger king soft drinks, and a Mcee D fries carton on the table lol.

u musn't forget the large amounts of potato chips and the chinese take out cartoon on the american table...i really thing american's need to re thing their eating habits...if they want to fight against the obesity...

american obesity is not only caused by video games and TV but our diet...i think if kids ate healthy like some of the other countries they wouldn't be as obese even if they didn't exercise
