i so agree with Jamien. Even if u get something u didnt like, keep it. Dont give it away to someone else. How would u feel if u spend time looking for a gift 4 someone and then they end up giving it to someone else. Its not nice is it.
of course, that's why I said no gifts are bad gifts. but sometimes, if you really don't need it and nobody else you know will need it, then it's pretty much trash, isn't it? I don't know, I'd feel bad definitely, but wouldn't throwing it away be the smart thing cuz at least you wouldn't be keeping trash around the house? I personally don't throw away presents, but just a thought that came to mind heheh
Hahaha... I promise I won't give them a sock. I'd give them at least A PAIR. hehe... Plus if they tell me before hand AND it's not unreasonably expensive or is bad stuff, I'd probably say yes. I'm a softy. >.<
I believe all parents are softy with their kids, I personally would spoil my kid so bad, I might not get it right in front of them when they see it, cuz don't want them to feel like they can get everything they want, they're gonna take things for granted! but I would definitely go back and get it for them and then make up some excuse to give it to them so at least they feel like they have to earn it hahah does it make sense?
a PAIR of socks indeed. hahaha. I'd get my kids anything if they were good kids (hopefully they will be) and i had the money to give them what they wanted

Totally agree with xxsweetheartxx. Give them their stuff but don't spoil them. Seems really hard to differentiate spoiling and just giving though. Once in a while I'd probably make them earn the stuff they want. (A little raise in their grades or something. Not expecting all A's). It gives them reason not to slack I guess. Or they'd start thinking everything in the world is free which is NOT good.
Sorry, didnt realize u were already with someone. I love kids so much. i cant wait to have li'l me's running around. Kids are just so cute. Cant wait to be a dad.
^^ I say just appreciate and enjoy her while she's little. She'll grow up before you know it. That's what my parents often say.
lol. Kids are the best when they are young. That is if you dont mind cleaning their diapers often. lol. They say and do the cutest things.
Lol. this is how clever kids are: My cousin's son (he is 5), fell in the living room and hit his head. His mom goes to him, are u ok? does ur forehead hurt? He goes... "No, 1". His mom was looking at him thinking what did he just mean by "No, 1"? She stood there ages trying to figure it out and then started laughing. She asked him b4 if his FOREhead was hurting.... 4HEAD..... The kid said "No 1". I think he thought that forehead meant u have 4 heads or something.lol. Clever kids eh
-noclue I asked what's the worst present you ever given/received from ur gf/bf... But my god, that must have been traumatic for u...-^_^ All these talk abt kids is makin my maternal senses tingling...
i should say worst present is he even forgets he's supposed to give u presents..damn it...i would be happy if he at least remembers our special days...(but no doubt a present could be soothing ahahaha!!!)
