I'm sure I am missing a few but the ones that i can remember are Animaniacs, X-Men, Batman, Superman, Teenage Mutanat Ninja Turtles, and Looney Toons. If these count also, then the Simpsons, Digimon and Dragon Ball Z.
Best cartoons growing up? Man that's a toughie... The REAL Ghostbusters are way up on top... followed by M.A.S.K., C.O.P.S. and the Transformers.

These are all the cartoons I can think of that wasn't listed: Bucky O Hare, Duckman, Garfield, Inspector Gadget, Earthworm Jim, The Bot Master, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, The Tick, Freakazoid, Tiny Toons, Dino Riders, Pinky and the Brain, Beetlejuice, Life with Louie, Bump in the Night (more of a claymation thing), Pink Panther Oh and there was this cartoon about crime fighting man-sharks with superpowers, but i cant remember the name of it.
