What's your favourite noodle?

wonton soup but after having lunch with my dad, I like those vietnamese special beef noodle, where the beef is raw

i would vote for hakka noodles

 

tell me one bowl of noodle that beats pho.

 

korean noodles = shin instant noodles or jia jia myun
italian noodles = tomato-meat spaghetti (that is SPICY) when cooked right, it's awesome
Japan noodles = shio ramen
Chinese noodles = e fu noodles (yee meen) cooked with mushrooms or whatever is good
Thai noodles = pad thai (uses a vermicelli)
American noodles = Kraft Mac N Cheese (heheheheheheheh)
Vietnamese noodles = Pho

HK Style BBQ Duck Lai Fan Noodles
HK Style Wonton Noodles
Japanese Udon Soup Noodles
Vietnamese Beef Pho
Now I have a craving for noodles - especially since it's a cold and rainy day!

 

oh gosh. i love all noodles in almost any way. i don't think i could ever get tired of noodles!

 

My favourite is vietnamese Pho and Thai noodles. I had it in Paris chinatown where you can find a lot of vietnamese, thai, lao and cambodian restaurants. Both soup stocks are flavoured with different kind of spices and herbs. So yummy and fresh.

 

Beef Brisket noodle with wonton is the best. I also like ramen, I eat one for breakfast everyday.
