I am 5'11" and happy with my height

 

5'7"1/2

 

I'm 5.5 feet tall.(1.67 cm). As I'm a senior, I think shrinking will start but with regular back stretching exercises or chiqong exercise will keep our spine strong and supple

 

i'm 5'1 and I would consider myself short, I would like to be a bit taller
