What's your impression of the drama?

all the characters are so two-dimensional...and so far the plot is too slow to make it interesting...

 

I dont think it will be all that good. Some good parts maybe but will definatly drag on in between since its 80eps. Be like drive of life, which OK, wasnt amazing tho. But you cant help but watch it with the strong cast!

 

Personally, i think most parts are gona be boring, with loads of storylines being dragged on for too long. In general, i'd prob. be in and out of this series, i cant see myself following such a long modern day drama (i found HOG too long with loads of boring and unnecessary scenes!).

 

I hope this starts to pick up very soon because it is very boring indeed

 

Wots the score with this series - AA+ cast, but 80 odd episodes and seemingly without the humour to carry it thru... would REALLY appreciate someone dissecting this series a bit... be damned if I start watching it and it ends up not really worth it...

 

everybody is so old in this drama..goddamn..and none of them are pretty...linda chung is just gonna piss me off by her nonstop crying (I can picture this already)....gigi lai is the only ok one...but shes way past her prime...shes 37 for crying out loud and shes trying to act like shes 25 or something...come on...this ain't 1996 young and dangerous anymore. I couldn't even finish the 1st episode...maybe when I get real bored I'll watch some more. :/

 

Evil characters (like the ones in Moonlight) will make this drama more and more interesting.
I am very happy if they can match Moonlight!

 

this series make me feel a sense of nostalgia really, i mean i've seen most of these actors paired up with one another already in many other series and now they are like reuniting most of the older actors in one show. i'll stick with it for now.

 

The first episode had a lot of things happening in it. I thought the director tried too hard to make the first episode good so people will continue catching up with the series.

But later on, it's not that bad. It got pretty good when I got up to the 3rd episode, especially when you meet Bowie Lam, who brings some humor into the drama.

 

There is too much fluff in this series, whats up with linda she is ugly butterface and can't act why is she in all the new series.
WTH with TVB 80 eps but can't complain since i'm getting it free. I think this series is for moms and pops who got nothing else to do but watch drama.

jus strted watchin this saw da 1st 2 eps n think that its not all that gud but hopefully it will get betta as it goes on!!!!

 

After 6eps, it's a ok, watchable but nothing special.

i'm rather addicted to it at the moment but i agree with the majority of posters that 80 episodes seem a bit too long and i'm not convinced it can keep up my interest later in the series.

so far, am loving maggie's role. can't wait to see kenny and bowie start fighting for her.

 

Thought that the movie might be boring when i watched the promo video. However, when i continued to watch into the episodes, it became much more entertaining and i guess, it's one of those good long HK series ones.

I really recommend it.=D

I've been following it everyday, and I love it! I'm pretty addicted to this series.
