people are moving from Alberta to saskatchewan cuz cost of living is way too high... Alberta's number of homeless is rising steadily. I'm glad people are moving to the province where i live though.. hopefully it will mean that there will be some real urban development soon... maybe Regina will become a Canadian Dubai, hahahahaha -bigclap
