^Actually it's true. I was at this restaurant where I ordered some grilled lamb chops, and the owner came out and saw me using my knife. She then chided me and told me to use my hands instead. So I put my ego aside and damn...those were one of the best lamb chops I'd ever tasted!
Most definitely fork and spoon. You can eat anything with them with little effort. Chopstics require some skill, like picking up the tau foo, fish balls, or anything very slippery in gravy. With a fork, just pierce it and eat it.

Haha...true. That's why I only eat foods like crabs, prawns and chicken wings at places where I'm sure I can wash my hands...
oh oh.. but then there is one problem.. i eat crabs n prawns with fork n spoons.. hehehe my hands get ichy from peeling the shells n all.. >.< hehehe but yes.. hands all the way... althou.. u do use chopsticks when u eat crab... the leggy parts.. hehehe to poke the flesh eheheh-chef
Wow! What a pro! How do you eat crabs with a fork and spoon? LOL. Hmm...I actually prefer using utensils, but I'm really clumsy when it comes to crabs...so it's best to use my hands...that way I'm in control. Heheh...

I'm all for chopstick!. Only time I really use a spoon is to drink my soup..that's only if i'm feeling ladylike though...haha
I used to prefer fork and spoon, but has gradually moved to chopstick. It sort of gives me a traditional feel, like custom and culture ha ha, think I'm getting old. But I guess eventually its the type of food and places that will decide which cutlery you will use. Just like in Indonesia, where they often use their hand to eat, and only the right hand.
most definitely.. coz some cultures, after they change to become so modern, they think is offensive if you use hand to eat instead of knife/fork/spoon
