I'm considering buying a laptop. I'm thinking about both Apple and PC, but not sure which one yet. I'd just to like to ask one question. Is the Macbook Pro worth its price tag compared to the 13" macbooks?
personally i would say just get the macbook, i have a macbook and it works like a charm. it has never frozen on me and u don't need to worry about viruses and stuff like that. also a macbook pro usually only has a greater hard drive and a better graphics card which isn't rele useful as the macs as there aren't many games on the mac and they're not as good as playing games on the pc. besides playing games on a laptop isn't ideal either. if ur going for a windows laptop, go for hp, there are very reliable and it always seems to me that they are built to a better standard when pressing the buttons on the keypad and mouse compared to other brands. the materials on the outside also look at a high quality like the mac unlike some brands such as dell. u should def not get dell as the materials used are quite cheap and thus not very reliable, also don't get brands such as e-machine, acer as they aren't very reliable either. i know they prob are cheap but the quality is a lot worse and for a bit more money the quality is much greater and it will prob save u less hassle and money in the long run. also, don't get toshiba bcos they seem to be getting worse at the moment, and a few of my friends laptops which are toshiba have broken down quite recently so that isn't recommended either.
ok, it all depends on how much you willing to spend again and macbook dont have the best graphic and great hard drive.. even a $900 PC laptop has like 200gb hard drive. some computers for over $1000USD has a graphic call 8400gs or something like that
Ya the MacBook pro really doesn't have THAT much stuff added into it. I could always upgrade the ram when I buy it and I much prefer an external hard drive. I guess the MacBook pro is a waste (for me at least). And I'll be sure to avoid Dell and Acer lol. I know all to much about them lol. I like Toshiba, the only problem is their price. Honestly I don't play that many comp games anymore so Graphics cards are pretty useless. And as for the hard drive I have a external one, so ya.... The main reason I want a MacBook is because of the OS and other available software for it. But I'm still considering Windows based laptops. For the Windows based laptops... Anyone got recommendations? Price under $2000 CDN.
