in my family, my mother control the finance, because she make more money than my dad. so my mom in our family is a queen. my dad is a nut, whenever my mom said yes, he can't said no, that's funny.
Erm...my sisters? LOL! THey have a lot of say in the family cos they contribute. But since they're not around, most of the decision making falls to my dad. My mom hardly has any say on how to spend money. Everything has to go through my dad or my sisters...poor mommie
+1 but shes starting to get tired and her eyes are starting to strain...so for the past 3 years or so i've taken over family finances... i do most of the budgeting and purchasing lol... my older brother and younger sister work so they dont neccessarily need extra money from our parents but they still ask since they both make minimum wage lol...i on the other hand...scored a pretty decent job and i've always had a strong sense of money management so im fine lol... hmmm strong sense of money management..may be its another way of calling myself cheap lol-batman
Only if the female is negative with the money (meaning domineering, @$$ spender, selfish, etc.) but if she does what's right for both sides of the spectrum, I really don't see a problem with my future wife handling my money. It just gives me more time to complete other projects.
each should handles their own a/c. but, any situation should be discuss first and agreed upon..before casting a decision.
i think in my family its my mom who controls the money but my dad pays the bills so im not sure who woulkd be considered as controling the finances .... they both use the check book n they both always have cash so iono... as for myself i handle my own money....
