If best, Ryu or Ken provided the best versatility to win. If i wanted to have fun, Blanka and dhalsim were definitely the funnest to play with. especially dhalsim. SO fun.
My favourite would have to be based on Ryu related like Ryu, Ken, Akuma as I play on them the most. If evil allowed then it would have be Evil Ryu otherwise Ryu.
Guile back on SF2 on the SNES, then from SF Alpha onwards its either Ryu, Ken, Akuma obviously but i play Ryu more often. And I like how they made Evil Ryu, Evil Ken, Dark Chun Li in those Mugen games, soo overpowered but fun
this is a tuff question... i honestly can say i like most of the SF chars because their potential play is unique and i can't really single one out as being a fave char of all time... but i guess if i had to, i'd say Chun Li... she was the very first SF char i used =/
My favorite Street Fighter character is Akuma. He gets moves from both Ken and Ryu which makes it cool and he is powerful in the games.
my favorite is Chun-Li because she is hot and she was the best in "Street Fighter 2" but then i found out Ken is the best, i use him for duels, i dont like Ryu at all, my favorite for duel is Ken but my all time favorite character is Chun-Li
