^ Usually if you was to drive fast and your emergency braking wasn't enough.. you would swerve wouldn't you?? lol Probably in people's eyes because this is a road incident, people automatically assume to discuss about the driver before anybody else as the car is more dangerous than a cyclist or a jaywalker..
