yooo that other dude... dont do what he does just act like youre just a close friend. if you act clingy like he does, it turns women off. or rather, dont just act like a friend. this is the time you ask her out. the reason you THINK its not the right time is because you might be afraid of the consequence. but here, ask her out. there isnt a right time for these sort of things. its either now or never. and as for: "and have her family judge me and tell her stuff about me like oh this guy is ugly or this guy is chasing you or he's not good enough for you." listen. if you cant rid yourself of your ego, youre not gonna improve. FORGET what other people think. its just YOU and HER. screw what other ppl think. and plus, if you are a decent guy, like.. you are easily to get along with, or "traditional" as my friends put it, you'll be fine in front of her family. so first things first. RID YOUR EGO. second, dont act like a slave to the girl. dont be clingy like youve already said. third, ask her out. tell her you like her. there isnt a better time then now. these sort of things dont have timelines, theres no perfect moment to do things. i know its hard, but its breaking the ice. these things need practice. its like looking for a job. you look for lots of jobs, and some will reject you. but you get used to it, so you dont feel crushed about it. by not caring if you get rejected or not, you will perform better, and get the job you wish.

All next week I got midterms and so does she. So I don't think its a good idea to ask her out next week. Probably do it the week after. Right now I know I can't really take it any further without asking her out, so thats what I plan on doing right now.

lol omg i can't believe i read through that whole thing anyways from the sound of it, you guys seem to be getting along very well, but you have to act quick and just tell her how you feel about her. You should try to ask her out on a day that you guys don't have class and stuff, just to show that you're interested. And don't worry about the other dude, the guy seems to be a clingy loser type lol, if you're good you can even convince her to not like him be like "oh btw, you're guy friend, how come he seems so clingy and always trying to get your attention" or something haha back stab him. But basically it seems you guys only really see each other during uni or college or whatever, try to take her out during other days too and maybe invite her out to hang with your friends so it won't be awkward. Seriously you seem to try to read into every detail and decipher every word she says, just don't worry about that stuff too much. If you worry too much then you just won't get anywhere and it gets things more complicated

How exactly did I not want to be with her? I finished school and I was hanging out with her at the mall and then I went with her to go eat lunch. Ok if I wasn't interested in her , why the hell would I have went outta my way and time to spend time with her. I would have just went home but anyways how do I show her I'm interested in her without being too obvious. Today my friends pressured and forced me to send her a rose on facebook-censored and I wrote some message like " this is an early present, I'll get you a real one on v-day. They also made me put it in public too right on top of that guys message lol. Is there some way I can give her hints?
