Why do some girls protect themselves than letting someone protect her?

    father is father a father protect daughter cos they been living together and its different from a bf or lover wich u just known few months few years etc .... its totally different!
    u wouldnt know everything about ur other half if ur together unless everyone is 100% staight telling everything!

    Girls shuold be able to protect themselve, but the guy shuold protect the girls too. So its double protection!!

    some women are independant and don't see the need to be protected. What are you trying to protect the women from? in some instances it's about trust.
