Why does the size of a girl's chest matter so much?

yeah even some girls arent satisfied with their breasts and yes sadly enough...
the implants are there...it doesnt mean its a good thing....
its because of media/environment and influences of other pp (men)l why girls feel forced to risk their health and get em
