I dont think it just matters to guys... to some girls it matters too...they dont feel comf because of their size and NO its not because they care about what guys think... They just think that it would look nicer to have bigger chest if they wear some certain clothes
I have to admit i prefer girls with a bigger bust. It's just natural for me I find bigger is more attractive, heh how can that be even shallow I'm sure girls like guys with a certain physical trait. I'm just being real to myself and I'm not saying I wouldn't like a girl with smaller breast because personality is a much more important factor.

It depends on the guy. At least flat chested girls knows that if a guy attempts to entice her, its probably because of her character rather than physical attributes. Whereas plump girls will have a hard time distinquishing between love and lust.
