wow, ill be funny to see what kind of combination this turns out to be. probably it could be similar to rush hour where jackie and chris tucker totally became favs of both american and chinese culture
If you're thinking about the constant shouting and screaming of dragonball z, then no. No matter which series he'll do I bet he'll maintain the comedic relief of the original dragonball series (one with little goku). I wouldn't shoot down the idea right away, since it seems to suit his style. Martial arts with a good amount of comedy. As for this remake.... I have major doubts about this project.
it will be an interesting collaboration between will smith and stephen chow. i saw small advertisement regarding the dragon ball, the one who play goku will be justin chatwin who portrayed tom cruise's son in war of the worlds. dont think he is suitable though...
I don't want Stephen Chow to become some "american" actor.... Want him to stick with 100% chinese movies.
