i finally found my solution .I bought a modem which support wifi .The thing is i did't pay for the ISP ,i stole an account by bruteforce and yay i can connect forever. By the way my modem is connected to my phone line ,do you thing the ISP will sue me for misusing other's account ???
mos def. here in Holland the police actively bring out to the media that it is not allowed to use other ppls internet without authorisation. They've caught some ppl too. But you are talking about MISusing, that my friend is never ok.
