Only thing I found weird is that he has the new home under the wife's name.... Sounds like someone was being a #$%@% about it. Might bite him in the ass in the future if he really only had her name on the new home.
I agree, kitchen and bedroom are two items I spend mostly in and possibly even office. All of my money would be there. But this guy have a different inspiration. Hard to say, can't judge
