RSL stands for RETURNED and SERVICE LEAGUE of Australia... it's a support organisation for ppl who have served or still serving the Australian Defence Force... and RSL clubs usually have a Bar, Dining area, poker machine area... some of the larger ones even have a billiard room, a gym or a pool... some nights they might have performers to sing, sometimes they have bingo nights and they have function rooms for hire if people want to hold private events there... to use the club facilities you either have to be a member or a guest of a member... but you only pay a very small amount of annual fee to join (something under $20 i think)... and if you're a member you get discounted drinks and meals (their food and drinks are usually cheaper than other places anyway)... people who hang out at RSL clubs are usually old men and women i used to go play snooker with my friends... ok maybe that was a bit too much info... good luck with job hunting...
Lets correct some stuff Tisken is a guy, so we're not showing a girl to anywhere Also add dickson to the list, he's from Sydney and yeah avoid parra, blacktown and redfern at night. And tbh I never been to Kingscross in my life and I'm not a clubbing person either so I've never headed that way...
^ lol....ok it doesnt COMPLETELY sucks... but sydney is def much more impressive compared to Melbourne...ur beaches stink I cant even remember what I liked abt melbourne tbh.... Oh yea, btw, working at RSL....hmmm... i def wouldnt wanna do that... I used to play poker at those clubs cuz my friend organised them... quite fun
Not always, you only see old people during weekdays, but on Fridays and Saturdays evening, there's no old people in sight
all this chatter ... and none about the recent Sydney sandstorm? or dust storm? or something like that?
