Hard to believe tat Brazil is out of the WC. In fact, 3 South American nations r out after tis quarterfinal round. Uruguay could hv been out too but they hv 'Hand of Suarez' to prevent the Ghana's winning goal in extra time which ended in penalty shootouts win. With most of the Uruguay players suspended, Holland is going to final!!! Germany is unstopppable after the 1st goal. Miroslav Klose is not using his head to score anymore like in vs Saudi Arabia in World Cup 2002 Korea Japan. If Germany could score early goals like they do when vs England n Argentina, they could dominate Spain(the whole team which is made up by Barcelona top players)!!! Unfortunately, Thomas Muller is suspended... But i favours Germany, they r awesome n turning on the style against every opponents they faced! So, my prediction is Spain vs Holland in final World Cup 2010 South Africa with Spain eventually turning champions!
Guess it's gonna be Netherlands vs Spain.. I doubt that Germany will win of Spain.. they are pretty good eventhough there performance yesterday was shit... ah well we will see... I really hope Netherlands will win the WC for once! they certaintly deserve to be in the spotlight with all the effort! and poor brazil =P almost nobody thought that Brazil will lose! even I thought it will be like 3 - 1 for Brazil =D
Thank god.... no more Diego Maradona. I reckon it will be Netherlands and Spain to fight out for the trophy in the grand final. Well done to the Netherlands for reaching their 1st World Cup final since 1978 defeating Uruguay 3-2. They will now play either German or Spain in an all European final. Go Spain!!!
The yellow card at the end of the match isn't necessary. And why the fuck is the ref adding extra stoppage time? I swear he's on the Uruguay's side. Germany vs Spain would be fun to watch. Also the finals too
Wow. Uruguay vs Holland game is a thriller. Uruguay is reli hardworking thru out the game n causes Holland's defence into jeopardy. Surprised when Uruguay opt to sub Diego Forlan,mayb he's injured. Robben seems to be not fully fit when he could not finish the ball into the net for a few times. Sneijder is the man of the match,he creates lots of chances. Kuyt is good too but i think he's at fault for the rejuvenating Uruguay second goal for blocking Holland's keeper view. Somehow the ref make some controversial decision at final minutes of the game by giving the yellow card n prolonging the extra time to cover back the time of injury treatment to the Holland player. Btw,congrats to Holland for reaching their 1st World Cup final since 1978. Holland just need to strengthen their defence in the final match tis time to avoid easy goals for Spain o Germany. Tonite's Spain vs Germany would b another big semi-final match. My prediction is Spain winning 2-1 but Germany shud b in the final since they had beaten 2 giant football nations, England n Argentina on a big score,unbelievable! Reli sick of watching Spain in the final again cos Spain has all the boring Barcelona faces(they shud just go back to Spain earlier to get ready for new league season n Champions League).
