sashimi fish n lobsters r just as sick... u can still c the lobster moving most of the time

wth... but its all cut up so nothing should be moving... unless they do it right infront of you...

 

yeah it's all cut up... but the nerves r still responding n to show u how fresh the lobsters is they usually serve it with the head still moving n u can c the muscles still jumping a bit when u eat the sashimi

 

kinda like sashimi shrimp.. but u gotta tear the head off ya self... -lol
